The Brockville Musuem has space which may be made available for various functions. Prices vary depending on duration and time of use.

Given the nature of our facility, the museum reserves the right to decline a room rental application if the event poses any potential threat to the artifacts on display. Please read the terms and conditions before making an inquiry to ensure the space meets your needs.

“Annex” Meeting Room

Located on the main floor adjacent to the Carriage Hall (just off the lobby). Comfort capacity: 16 (with seminar tables) or 24 (chairs only); max. capacity: 24 (with seminar tables) or 35 (chairs only).  Includes set up and use of tables and chairs (tablecloths not included). Screen provided. Lessee responsible for providing projector if required. Please be aware that there are no windows in this space. Suitable for meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

$80 for up to 3 hours

Carriage Hall

Main floor just off lobby. Capacity 30 (with tables), 45 (chairs only), or 55 (standing only). This is the museum’s main exhibition hall, featuring automobile, carriage, and New York Restaurant sign. Available only outside of regular operating hours (staffing surcharge applies). Additional room set-up fee (admin. fee) applies to cover costs of moving exhibition cases.

$250/hour + $100 admin fee

Patio

Available seasonally. Situated outdoors facing Hardy Park. Suitable for small gatherings. Up to 30 chairs can be set up if requested (surcharge applies); 4 black round patio tables are fixed in place during the summer season (umbrellas may be requested). Please note that the patio is not fully accessible. Patio-only rental does not include indoor access. Please discuss intended use with museum staff in advance to ensure suitability.

Patio + Lobby (or Lobby only)

Includes indoor access for patio rentals (see above), including lobby area and washrooms. Available only outside of regular operating hours (staffing surcharge applies). Lobby suitable only as standing room for up to 30 people (no tables or chairs). Note that the lobby is not a large space, it is narrow and long, with a reception desk in the middle of the space. Please discuss intended use with museum staff in advance to ensure suitability.
